Changes to private day office bookings cannot be made whilst in the app. However, you are able to withdraw or cancel a booking and edit the attendees in the Bookings section, but this will depend on whether the booking status is pending or confirmed.
If your request is pending approval: you can withdraw this and submit a new request.
If your booking has been confirmed: you can cancel the reservation, but please bear in mind the cancellation policy may apply.
To edit the attendee list: go to the Booking section in the app and select the booking you wish to edit. Then click Edit attendees and add or remove names as needed.
Important: changes to private day office bookings can be made up to 24 hours before the booking starting time.
