You cannot edit the core details (date, time, or room) of a booking in the app, but you can manage changes in a few ways, depending on the kind of booking you have.
Editing your attendee list
You can add or remove attendees in the app up to 24 hours before your booking starts. Open the booking in the Bookings section and edit the attendee list there.
Changing the date, time, or room
There is no in-app option to change these directly. What to do depends on your booking's status:
Pending request or awaiting approval: simply withdraw the request (tap Withdraw booking request) and place a new booking with the details you want.
Instant book or confirmed booking: instant book rooms are confirmed immediately, so there is no pending request to withdraw. To change a confirmed booking, contact our Customer Support team and we will help, bearing in mind that the room's cancellation window may apply.
