Instant book meeting rooms confirm immediately, with no waiting for approval. As long as the room shows availability, you can book it for tomorrow, or even for the same day.
Request-to-book meeting rooms need to be confirmed by the workspace. Each workspace sets its own advance notice period for these rooms, and the app will only let you submit a request within that window. Some rooms need very little notice, while others need more.
You'll see the available dates and times for each room in the app, so if you can select tomorrow, you can book or request it.
For request-to-book rooms, the notice period helps ensure the workspace has enough time to confirm or decline your request, while also giving our Customer Support team enough time to help you find an alternative if needed.
Tip: if you need a room at short notice, filter your search by Instant book to see only rooms that confirm right away.
