When a request is pending, it’s either with your organisation or the workspace for approval - So there’s nothing you need to do at this point.
If your request is with your organisation for approval: it means that it's waiting to be approved or rejected by an approving manager (within your organisation). Once approved, your request is sent to the workspace for their approval. If the approving manager rejects your request, you will be notified in the app and via email.
If your request is with the workspace for approval: the workspace will approve or reject your request, based on whether or not the room is available. Once approved or rejected, your request will automatically update in the app and you will also be notified via email.
Our Customer Support team monitors each request and will reach out to your organisation or the workspace if approval or rejection is not received within a timely manner.
