Meeting rooms can be booked in 15-minute increments within the workspace's open hours. So whether you need a meeting room for 1 hour and 15 minutes or a full 8 hours, you can book this in the app.
Just remember that we require 24 hours' notice for all meeting room bookings.
Important: there’s a small number of workspaces that only allow bookings in 30-minute increments. When this happens, your booking times will be slightly amended e.g. if you submit a request for 9:15 am - 5 pm, the booking times will be amended to 9 am - 5 pm. Our Customer Support team will always communicate this with you prior to making any amendments.
