If your plans have changed and you need to cancel a private day office booking, you just have to follow these steps:
Click on the booking you want to cancel.
Click Cancel my booking.
You’ll be asked if you’re sure you want to cancel, click Yes.
Your booking has now been cancelled and you’ll receive an email to confirm the cancellation.
Important: Each workspace has their own cancellation policy for private day offices, the cancellation periods can differ from 24 hours to 30 days - this information is visible to you at the point of booking. When viewing a booking in the app, you can see whether the booking can be cancelled without charge or if the cancellation policy will apply.
