If your plans have changed and you need to cancel a private day office booking, just follow these steps:
In the app, go to the Bookings section.
Select the booking you want to cancel.
Tap Cancel booking.
You'll be asked "Are you sure you want to cancel?". Tap Yes, cancel booking to confirm, or No, take me back if you've changed your mind.
Your booking is now canceled and you'll receive an email to confirm the cancellation.
If your booking is still pending approval: you'll see Withdraw booking request instead of a cancel option. Withdrawing a pending request always gives a full refund, since the booking was never confirmed.
Important: each workspace has its own cancellation policy for private day offices. Cancellation periods can differ from 24 hours to 30 days, and this information is visible to you at the point of booking. When viewing a booking in the app, you can see whether it can be canceled without charge or whether the cancellation policy will apply.
