Unlike meeting rooms, which are set up for more formal meetings, private offices are like having an office for your team, within a workspace.
There are a few things you can count on to be included in your private office booking, such as:
A private space which only the booking attendees can work from (other people with bookings at the workspace cannot use the private office during your booking).
A desk space for each attendee giving you enough space to work together comfortably.
Access to shared amenities which vary between workspaces. This could include things like phone booths and free tea & coffee and even swimming pools.
Wi-Fi access for each booking attendee.
