Once you’ve made a desk, meeting room or private office booking, you’ll find it either under the Bookings and/or Team Bookings sections in the app.

Both sections are easy to access in the tab bar at the bottom (mobile) or the left-hand side (web) of the page.

In the Bookings area, you can check information about your upcoming bookings. In the web version, you’ll also be able to see your past bookings and the ones pending approval.

In the mobile app, you will find your team’s upcoming bookings in the Team Bookings button at the bottom right of the screen.

In the web app, just click on the Explore button on the left-hand side and then Team Bookings above the search bar.
