Logging in to Desana works the same way whether you use the web app or the mobile app (downloaded from the App Store or Google Play). Desana is passwordless: instead of a password, we email you a secure "magic link" that signs you in.
Open Desana and enter your work email address in the Email Address field.
Check the box to confirm you agree to the Desana Terms and Conditions and Policies.
Select Sign in.
You'll see a Check your email! confirmation. Open the magic link email in your inbox and click the link, and you'll be signed in and ready to go.
Logging in for the first time? After you click your magic link, we'll ask for a few quick details. Enter your First name and Last name, then select Update to finish setting up your account.
If your organization uses single sign-on (SSO)
Some organizations sign in to Desana through their own company login instead of magic links. If that's the case for you, you'll be redirected to your company's login page as soon as you enter your work email, and no magic link email is sent. Just sign in there as you normally would, and you'll be brought back to Desana. You can read more in our article on logging in with single sign-on.
Important: if you can't access your work email inbox on the device you're using Desana on, you'll need to make sure the magic link email is forwarded to an inbox you can open on that device.
