You should be setup and ready to go with Desana! All you need to do is go to the app (web app, iOS, Android) and sign in with your work email address.
It might be the case that your company hasn’t given you access yet so you might not be able to sign in.
If this is the case, speak to the person responsible for managing Desana in your organisation. They will be able to add you to the platform and you should receive an email guiding you through the next steps.
