If you’re having trouble logging into the Desana app, there are a few things you can check that may help:
1. Make sure you are using your work email address which is linked to your Desana account.
2. If you use a magic link to log in, delete all previous emails containing magic links.
3. If you have access to the mobile and web apps, try to log into both.
3. Contact the person within your organisation, who manages the Desana relationship, to confirm you have access to Desana.
