There are a few different reasons why spaces may not be showing near you. For example, there may be an error with the app, or your organisation may have this area switched off.
You can try the below troubleshooting steps if no spaces are showing up near you:
Check you’re connected to the internet.
Log out, exit the app and then log back in.
If you’re using the mobile app, you can also turn your location services on or off for Desana by going to your mobile settings. Then try to reopen the app and see if you’re able to view any workspaces near you.
