Once you’re logged into Desana, it’s worth taking a moment to set up your profile. This is a quick process and will ensure that you get the most out of your Desana experience.

There are a couple of simple steps that will help you to have a better experience when using Desana. Check them out:

Adding a profile photo

Adding a photo is a great way of letting workspaces know who to look out for upon arrival, and can help speed up the check-in process.

To change your profile photo:

  • Click on your initials on the app home screen

  • Go to Edit profile

  • Click in Change Photo

Then, simply choose your preferred snap and confirm.

Managing Privacy Settings

All you have to do to access your privacy setting in Desana is click on your profile photo (Account) > Privacy Settings.

In the Privacy Settings section, you can choose between allowing team members to see bookings that you’ve made or keep them visible only to you.

Switching on this option is a good way to connect with colleagues, and to find out which workspaces are popular with your team. But you can toggle this option off if you prefer.

You'll also be able to decide if you want to share information about the reservations you make during the booking process.

Enabling notifications

From time to time, Desana might send you notifications to help improve your experience with us. These could be about new spaces added to the network, product updates, tips on how to make the most of the Desana platform and more.

Enabling notifications can vary from device to device, but we think it’s worthwhile to enable them for Desana - that way you’ll never miss out on the latest goings-on.
