We understand that not all of those attending the booking will have Desana access, so private day office attendees don't need a Desana account.
However, it is important that you indicate how many attendees you’re expecting, this way we can ensure that the workspace can accommodate your request and that they prepare the correct amount of desks on the day.
If you need to amend the number of desks being used on a given day for a confirmed booking, then please do contact our Customer Support team for help. Please, remember that you will not be able to add additional desks on the day.
Important: some workspaces will require a list with the attendees' names prior to your arrival. If so, you’ll need to confirm the full names of those attending at the time of making your request - these won’t need to be Desana users. You’ll be able to edit this up to 24 hours before the booking starts.
