Desana makes it easy to join those you work with, allowing you to get the most out of us - together.
You can see where your teammates have booked by navigating to the Team Bookings tab in the mobile app or accessing the map page in the web app.
Creating a Team Booking
Simply create a hot desk booking via the usual process, selecting your preferred workspace and date/time.
When you arrive at the booking summary screen, just toggle the option Allow team members to see this booking - then any colleagues who wish to join will be able to see this in their app under the Team Bookings tab.
Joining a Team Booking
If you’re using the mobile app
Tap on the Team Booking icon located at the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
There, you will be able to filter the list of team bookings by both location and date range.
Tap into your preferred booking and click ‘Join this booking’ at the bottom of the screen.
Select who's coming along: 'Just me' or 'Me and my team'.
Choose the date and your own start/finish time.
Tick the box to confirm you have read and understood the rules and cancellation policy.
Tap the Accept & Book button at the bottom of the screen to confirm your booking.
If you’re using the web app
Go to the map page and select 'Team Bookings' on the left-hand side of your screen.
You’ll be able to see the team bookings on the map, so you can search, browse and discover team bookings in the area of your choice.
Click on your preferred booking and click ‘Join booking’ at the top right-hand of the screen.
Choose your own start/finish time.
Tick the box to confirm you have read and understood the rules and cancellation policy.
Click the 'Book hot desk' button to confirm your booking.
Your booking will then show in the Bookings section of the app, and you will also receive an email confirmation with the booking details.
Important: when joining Team Bookings, your reservation will be visible to the rest of your team.
