How do I book a private day office?

A private day office gives you and your team an exclusive space for the day. Here's how to book one:

  1. Start exploring spaces and type in your preferred location.

  2. Filter your search by Private day office and select the number of attendees.

  3. Browse the listed workspaces and review the photos, amenities, and pricing for each office. Private day offices are priced per desk, so the number of attendees affects the cost.

  4. Once you've found the right office, select it and choose your booking date.

  5. Confirm how many people will be attending. Some workspaces also ask for a named list of attendees, so add their names if prompted. If your organization requires internal approval, you'll also choose your approver here.

  6. Read the rules and cancellation policy, then tick the box to confirm you've read and understood them.

  7. Tap Accept and book to confirm your booking instantly, or Accept and request booking if the office needs approval first. The button you see depends on the office and your organization's settings.

What happens next

If the office is instant book, your booking is confirmed immediately. You'll see it in the Bookings section of the app and receive a confirmation email with the details.

If the office requires approval, your request is reviewed first: by your organization's approver (if internal approval is required), then by the workspace. Your booking shows as pending until it's confirmed, and you'll be notified of the outcome by app notification and email. If your plans change while the request is pending, you can withdraw it for a full refund.
