If you have visibility of Event Spaces on the Desana app, then you are enabled to use the service, however you may still require budget approval from your business administrator before confirming the booking.
There are two ways that events can be paid for:
If you are paying via card, you will need to check internally with your department if you have approval to pay.
If you are paying via credits, you may have spend limits in place which you can check with your account admin.
