All event bookings are payable in advance, either via credits or separate invoice/card.

Deposit payments may also apply, depending on the payment policy of the specific venue. Details of this will be outlined in the Booking Form.

It’s important that you have a maximum budget approved at the point of submitting your event enquiry, which you will need to confirm internally with the relevant budget owner. If you are paying via card, this will be the card owner. If paying via credits, this will be your account admin. Once we have this figure, we can use it to guide our venue search.

The final amount payable will be outlined in your Booking Form. If paying via credits, we will deduct the amounts automatically on the due dates shown. If paying via card, we will share an invoice and unique payment link per transaction.

If any payment dates are missed, we will need to cancel the event booking.
