What are they? An instant book meeting room is a room you can book immediately through Desana, without waiting for the workspace to approve it.
How do they work? When you book an instant book room, your booking is confirmed right away, as long as the room is free for the date and time you have selected. It works just like the hot desk booking experience: you will only be able to book rooms that have availability at your chosen time.

What if my employer requires internal approval? Your booking is sent to your team's approver first. Desana will make its best effort to hold the requested date and time with the workspace, but final confirmation depends on the room still being available once your approver approves the booking.
