FlexPay is a contracting platform to makes it easier for companies to consolidate and control flex memberships at scale. Desana does not take the place of individual flex suppliers in operational issues.

Employees are free to speak directly with the workspace to resolve all queries and issues with the supplier they have chosen to take a membership out with so do not need to go via Desana for resolution.
