Yes. Meeting rooms can be booked in 15-minute increments within the workspace's opening hours, so whether you need a room for 1 hour and 15 minutes or a full 8-hour day, you can book it in the app.
How much notice do I need?
There is no single notice rule. It depends on the room:
Instant book rooms can often be booked for the same day, as long as the room is free at your chosen time (much like a hot desk).
Request rooms may have a minimum booking lead time set by the workspace. You will see this when you pick your date and time, and if you choose a slot inside the lead-time window, the app will let you know.
So if you need a room today or tomorrow, try filtering for instant book rooms (see What are instant book meeting rooms?).
