Event bookings may have similar attendee numbers to meetings, however we define an event as a booking that requires coordination - this includes:

  • Arranging bespoke services e.g. catering or staff support

  • Tailoring event-specific amenities e.g. furniture layouts, technology set-ups

  • Multi-product bookings (multiple rooms, across multiple days, with additional services & amenities needed)

The majority of event spaces in the app host between 25 and 150 attendees, but we can source options which fall outside of this bracket (larger or smaller), where bespoke services or tailored amenities are required.

A meeting is any booking which is placed via one of the meeting room listings in the app, paid for via resource credits. These bookings are automated (24-hours notice typically required, though more and more of our meeting rooms are becoming instantly bookable!).

Meeting room bookings exclude additional services and the room comes as it’s shown on the listing, with no customisations available.

If you are unsure if your enquiry qualifies as an event, please submit a message to our Events Team via the Help Centre in-app and we will guide you in the right direction!
