After you login, any pending requests will show on your main Dashboard view for quick actioning.
You can also see and action any requests by clicking on either Meeting Rooms or Private Day Offices under the Bookings tab on the left.
To Action a Request follow these steps:
To Accept a booking, simply click the Accept button
A pop up will appear to confirm you are sure, as this action will alert the Desana user
Once accepted, the booking will no longer show as pending
To Reject, simply click the Reject button
A pop up will appear asking for more details
You will have the option to provide an alternative suggestion if you have another room that might suit the request
Of note: We have a dedicated Customer Service team who look after meeting room requests. If the request has not been actioned or if there is any follow up needed, a member of our Customer Service team will reach out to you.
