If your organization has individual spend limits set up, you will be able to see the hot desk or meeting room cost in credits in the space profile.
This feature is designed to provide you with more control and autonomy, allowing you to make the best choices for your workspace needs while staying within budget.
Understanding booking costs
When looking for hot desks or meeting rooms, you will see the booking cost in credits based on your search:
When you have defined a date and time, the cost will be exact.
When no date and time are provided, the cost will be an estimate:
Daily (based on 8 hours) for hot desks.
Hourly for meeting rooms.
You can view your remaining balance for the selected month, or the current month if no date is set.

Important: Going over your monthly limit does not stop you from booking. If a hot desk or meeting room booking would take you over your allowance, you can still submit it as a request. Instead of being confirmed right away, it's sent to an approver in your organization (usually your manager) to approve or reject, and you'll be notified of the outcome. The only time a booking is truly blocked is when your organization has run out of purchased credits altogether. You can learn more in What happens when I go over my monthly credit allowance?
Credit limits
Credit limit budgets last for a calendar month. Bookings count towards the balance for the month they occur, not the month the booking is created.
Depending on your organization, you may have a spending limit set for hot desks, meeting rooms, or both.
These spending limits are separate, and you can't, for example, use excess meeting room budget to book a hot desk if you have already used your hot desk budget for the month.
Note: Hot desks and meeting rooms each use a different type of credit, meaning the credit cost of a hot desk and a meeting room are not directly comparable.
Where can I view my available budget?
You can view the budget for the current month at any time on your user profile page.
Additionally, you will always be shown how many credits you have remaining alongside the cost before you finalize a booking.
In case you can't see the booking costs, we recommend reaching out to your line manager or consulting your organization's workplace team or internal guidelines.
