Plans can change, so we make it easy for you to cancel your booking.
To cancel a hot desk reservation via mobile or web app, you just have to follow these steps:
Go to the Bookings section
Click on the booking you want to cancel
Scroll down to the bottom and click Cancel my booking
You’ll be asked if you’re sure you want to cancel; click Yes
Your booking has now been cancelled, and you’ll receive an email to confirm the cancellation.
Important: if you cancel more than 24 hours before the booking is due to start or if you cancel within 30 minutes of making the booking, your company will not be charged. If the booking has already started when you cancel, your organisation will have to pay for the booking.
