Long-Term Bookings is the Desana feature that lets you secure private office space for extended periods, from several days to multiple months, with the simplicity of booking a hot desk for the day and without the time-consuming procurement and contracting processes that usually come with it.
This product is now called LongBook. Long-Term Bookings and LongBook are the same thing: LongBook is simply the new name. You may still see "Long-term bookings" in some parts of your Desana dashboard while we update the product. What is it for?
We built this feature in response to growing customer demand for space that can be secured for extended periods. It is designed to support you during:
Project sprints: switch on temporary project space outside your core locations.
New market expansion: de-risk testing new markets and switch on space immediately.
Over-capacity in existing HQs: respond to occupancy changes without long-term implications.
Unforeseen office closures: react to urgent portfolio issues with no gap in employee workspace access.
Who can use it?
LongBook may not yet be enabled for every organization. If you do not see Long-term bookings in your Desana dashboard, or you see a message saying the feature is not yet available to you, please contact your Desana account manager to get access.
