Desana users want to be treated the same as any member of your community, however they understand that amenities for full time members may be different to what is available for hot desk or room bookings. Desana users will expect to be able to access all of the amenities included on your Desana listing as part of their booking.

When users arrive at your space (at their booked arrival time), they will approach your reception with their reservation on their Desana app, which confirms their booking details.

  • You will have received an email notification about the booking.

  • You are able to see all current and upcoming bookings on your Desana Dashboard.

If it is part of your normal process, you can give new arrivals a tour of your space to make them feel welcome (and so they know where things are, of course).

The rules of your space will already be on your listing on Desana, but please feel free to underline anything that you feel is important.

After a Desana user has checked in, let them know where they can work for the day or show them to their booked room. From there you should be all set!

  • We find that users will often become repeat bookers, so once they have been to your space for the first time, check in should be even faster for the following bookings.

When a Desana user’s booked time has elapsed, they receive a reminder in the app, 10 minutes before their departure time.

  • Desana users have the option to book more time if your space remains open

  • We rarely have an issue with customers staying longer than they have booked

  • However, if needed our team is here to help ensure Desana users are following their booking times and respecting your space

If there is ever a concern with a current booking, you can email our Customer Support team, [email protected], so that they can help liaise with the Desana user
