How do I add event spaces to my Desana profile?

Adding your event space resources and make them available to Desana customers.

Event Spaces on Desana are rooms that have the capability to hold bespoke events for more than 25 people, which will be coordinated and booked through Desana's Event Concierge service.

If you have Event Spaces you would like to list, please reach out to us at [email protected] with the following information (Click the link for an auto populated email):

  • Name of room:

  • Capacity:

  • Price per hour (all events will be bespoke contracts, so this is just a starting rate not shown in app):

  • Available hours:

  • Amenities (TV, projector, so on):

  • Additional services that can be offered (such as catering, AV support):

  • Any photos that highlight your space (sent over in whatever format is easiest for you)

With this information, we will create an event space listing on your Desana profile.
