What do I do if I need to book a workspace but I don't have enough credits?

Written by Customer-Team

Running low on credits doesn't always mean you can't book. What happens next depends on which of these two situations you're in.

You've reached your personal monthly limit

If your organization has set an individual monthly spend limit and your booking would take you over it, you can still submit the booking. It becomes a request that's sent to an approver in your organization (usually your manager) to approve or reject, and you'll be notified of the outcome. This works the same way for hot desks and meeting rooms.

You can read more about how this works in What happens when I go over my monthly credit allowance?

Your organization has run out of credits

If your organization's credit balance itself has run out, you won't be able to complete the booking. In this case, we recommend reaching out to your line manager or your organization's workplace team: they can look into topping up your organization's credits and offer guidance on your company's spending policies.

If you're not sure which situation applies, the message shown in the app when you try to book will tell you whether your booking needs approval or can't be placed right now.

If you still have questions about booking with insufficient credits, feel free to reach out to our Customer Support team via the in-app support chat or at [email protected].
