To be able to pay you automatically on a monthly basis, we securely store your payment details in your Desana Dashboard.
If you need to add payment details during your initial onboarding process, please follow these steps:
Click on your logo at the top right
Select ‘Edit Business & Bank Details’
3. Click on ‘Bank Details’ and fill in all fields
Please Note: Be sure to select your country and currency to ensure the correct fields populate
Be sure to click ‘Save’ when you are done
If you need to change your bank details after your space is already live on Desana, simply reach out to our Operator Relationships team at [email protected] to provide the new details. Our team can provide a template for the necessary information to update your payment details in our system.
Please note, you are unable to change bank details on your own after they have been initially entered. This is set for your security, as our Finance team will then securely update details.
