Customers pay Desana directly for their booking in advance. This payment secures the full duration of their agreed term. This commitment ensures you receive the agreed-upon revenue without any disruption.
Desana then pays you, the Operator, directly based on the booking length:
For bookings under three months, you'll receive the full payment upfront.
For bookings longer than three months, payments are issued in three-month increments. The first payment is sent one month in advance of the booking start date, with subsequent payments continuing on the same schedule.
Any initial set-up or deposit fees are also paid to you when the booking is confirmed. All payments are sent to the bank account listed in your Desana Operator Portal. To ensure you're paid on time, please remember to keep these details current.
