Getting started
Head to the Marketplaces directory in your Nexudus dashboard.
Click on "Desana"
Read and agree to our operator terms and policies.
Under the "locations and data" section:
Toggle on "Enabled"
Toggle on "Resources"
You'll receive an email to the email address setup for your location in your Nexudus account.
A member of our team will reach out to get you up and running.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which information is shared with Desana from our Nexudus system?
We receive two types of information: location details; and booking details.
Please refer to the Nexudus Marketplace API documentation for the specific pieces of information shared with us.
Please note: we do not receive any personally identifiable information about any of your customers.
If I need to create/update/cancel a booking for a Desana user, how should I do that?
Please contact our dedicated workspace operator support team via your Desana operator dashboard and they'll assist you.
🚨 Please do not create, update or cancel bookings on behalf of Desana users directly from Nexudus. We will not receive these updates and you may not be paid for any bookings created.
